Dark as Dark was originally created to satisfy a customer who was craving a dark roast profile coffee – something darker than anything else we offered. We decided that if we were going to do a dark roast we would do it well, avoiding the burnt, charred flavors often associated with that style of roast. The components of the blend change seasonally, but we always ensure that despite the dark roast profile, Dark as Dark is sweet, creamy, and chocolatey in the cup.
